A visiting pastor gave an appropriate analogy to the current world scenario last Sunday. He related the story of a bird in the cage and a hungry cat outside the cage waiting.... He commented that the bird was so anxious of the cat outside the cage that it flew wildly in the cage, and after a while, exhausted, the bird died. This should serve as a great consolation that our heavenly Father will always take care of us and never will he leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5), whatever the world situation would be. Or course, we should take the necessary precautions and steps not to overspend on unnecessary things....
