Another family update.

It has indeed been a fast-paced first half of the year for my family and I. We have been kept busy with our individual activities. As the Lord has been faithful to us, we too must likewise be faithful to our God, our Jehovah Jireh. In His grace and mercy, He has provided in abundance all our needs and even our desires according to His will.
Over the year, we have witnessed a few of our Christian brothers and sisters who have passed away and ‘absent in the body’ but present with the Lord. We thanked the Lord for these exemplary Christians who have lived a purpose-driven life and have excel in their work for God’s kingdom. Among them was my primary school headmaster, Mr. Chua Cheng Chye and lately Dr. Kuan , a doctor practicing in Melaka.
As an update, Joo Kuan is still with the developer in Cyberjaya and has adapted well with his colleagues and the company. He is still staying in Dengkil, Selangor which is about ten minutes drive to work in Cyberjaya. He continues to work a six days’ week before going home to Melaka for the weekend. He still attends a weekly cell group meeting at Seri Kembangan in Serdang, Kuala Lumpur every Wednesdays. He is indeed blessed to have a stable work environment in the midst of the global financial crisis, which is also affecting the nation.
Kwee Hong has been kept busy with James’s schooling and tuition activities. We thank God for His provision of the new car as she ferries James to and fro school and also James tuition lessons. Workwise, Kwee Hong anticipates a challenging half year ahead but with God’s help she hopes to do well.
Bryan is doing his industrial training at present, before going back to MMU to finish his final semester three months later.
James is in Form 4 and has done well in his academic studies. He still enjoys his favourite pastime in front of the TV or the computer.
Overall, as a family, we have continued to be faithful to the Lord and the Lord has indeed been faithful and blessed us in abundance. We pray that as we continue with our journey in life, you too will experience the Lord’s love and faithfulness in your lives and thank Him. (Proverbs 3: 3-4)
May you continue to win favour and a good name in the sight of God and man.
Best regards again from,
Joo Kuan, Kwee Hong, Bryan and James.

Family update.

The Lord has indeed been good to us. In His grace and mercy, He has provided in abundance all our needs and even our desires according to His will. He is indeed our Jehovah Jireh, our provider.
Joo Kuan has been with the developer in Cyberjaya for six months now and has adapted well with his colleagues and the company. He is presently staying in Dengkil, Selangor which is about ten minutes drive to work in Cyberjaya. He works a six days’ week before going home to Melaka for the weekend. He also attends a weekly cell group meeting at Seri Kembangan in Serdang, Kuala Lumpur every Wednesdays. Bryan is doing his industrial training at present, from 1st June onwards before going back to MMU to finish his final semester four months later.
James is now in Form 4 and was top of his class last term. He hopes to excel in his studies and to give all glory to God for His abundant blessings.
PTL, we have all been blessed in abundance. As in Proverbs 3: 3, it has indeed been a joy to have all of you included in our extended family. May the love of God compels us to be a blessing to others as the Lord blesses us in abundance.
May the Lord continually bless all of you in abundance.
Best wishes again from,
Joo Kuan, Kwee Hong, Bryan and James.
